Return Policy
ProMor Electronic Components, Inc. accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning product. Please contact ProMor at (972) 671-1212 or e-mail sales at to request an RMA.
Returns are normally accepted when completed within 21 days of date of shipment. This does not include items identified as NC/NR (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) at time of purchase.
Returns must be accompanied by:
- RMA number
- Original invoice number
- Original PO number
Return freight charges must be pre-paid.
Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that once the product is returned:
- A credit will be applied to your account or a check written to the buyer within 7-10 business days
- For credit card purchases, a credit will be issued to the account originally charged
